This facility is very Peaceful , I
Experienced the best possible time here to Rejuvenate myself , they got in-house docs and therapists ;

A great professional team who make sincere efforts not only to help individual patients, but also to support their family members in their hour of need and well beyond. They help patients with after care and to link up with the AA programme and so enable them to find long term sustainable solutions after leaving the facility. A very welcoming place for patients. A lot of work goes in to make patients have a comfortable environment of recovery. They try to meet all of the patients needs and set them on a course for steady recovery. Apart the team's professionalism the crowning jewel of my experience has been the emphasis of the NA/AA program and their guidance connecting us to meetings and experienced members in the program. If I have to recommend one rehab, for someone sturggling like I was it would be door of hope.

Door of Hope is, without a doubt, the best rehab in the country. The level of care & service is unmatched. The one thing that stands out is that it offers the teachings of the AA/NA programme which are sadly not offered at most rehabs. The only way for an alcoholic/addict to recover is ignored at most rehabs.
The mentors are some of the most knowledgeable and caring people you will meet, with vast knowledge of both programmes.
The staff are extremely helpful and supportive, whether it’s the nursing staff or kitchen staff. All your needs are catered for with a smile.
The psychology team are exceptional, extremely knowledgeable and hardworking.
The management is not just helpful in every way but they genuinely care about the patients.
It’s fabulous teamwork all the way at Door of Hope that makes it one of the best rehabilitation centres in India.

It happened that my relative( blood relation) has been complaining about him not keeping good health especially his GUT( digestion)

We have consulted various eminent Doctors even from recognized Hospitals for his ailment but could not instill any relief for him. The conditions did not improve.

Meanwhile, my wife had been going through various scriptures on various sites and could relate these symptoms to Dipression.

We contacted one of our family friends who was doctor.

He refered to XANADU for treatment.
It was very difficult to convince the patient in this case my relative. Not only this I myself was not convinced about the medical condition.

Also the treatment required admission and may be prolonged treatment as conveyed by the family doctor.

Inspite of this, I called the XANADU team and they agreed to send the team and assured that they are capable of convincing the patient for admission.

At last with their help, he was admitted.

It was very difficult to leave him at the hospital alone.

Contrary to my apprehension, XANADU team took care of him and extended all the required and necessary treatment.

Today he is going GIM for exercise, mingling with his friends and returned to his normal routine. I am thankful to the team to bring smile on every members of my family.

It’s one of the best rehab, my dad is suffering with bipolar disorder, and we admitted him and he stayed there for around 20 days for therapy and now he has recovered around 70% and now there is a big change in his mental health, he is responding good , we are thankful to entire team of Xanadu and specially Dr. Mahinder, Dr. Sargam and Administrator Ms. Kavita for their support and taking special care of my Dad.

A lot of respect to NAveen ji he is a nyc human being and very helpful person they have all qualities of a good pyschiatrist and psychologist they have empathy and keen to help people a little costly at beginning but they r not money minded it's just good care requires good funds. I was rushed there for an emergency, this is such a nice place with an amazing and cooperative staff! As compared to other world class rehabs, the staff is way better. The ambience is very neat and clean. The facilities are superb and doctors here are highly qualified . For anybody suffering from any mental issue, one should definitely go to Xanadu and get yourself treated because this is literally the best place in Delhi NCR. I highly recommend this place over others

We brought our family member to Ganaa after struggling with psychosis since over seven years. The difference this place has made is truely remarkable. With the right diagnosis, approach, and consistant care, our loved one is finally on a path of recovery.

The psychiatrist and psychologist explained us the nature of illness very nicely, which gave us immense clarity and hope. The facility is clean and peaceful, and the food feels just like home — comforting and nourishing.

We only wish we had came here earlier. But now, with renewed hope, we look forward to an upward journey.

I had a terrible depressive episode during COVID, and didn't realise how much it damaged my perception of people around me. My counsellor Shubham helped me find my way back. One of the best rehab centres I've seen. Excellent facility for anyone with post care mental health concerns. Very warm and affectionate staff. Most enthralling part is the location, with lots of greens, birds and peacocks chirping. A must visit!

Amazing hospitality and extremely courteous, hospitable staff. The waterfront view is so nice! Food was lovely too. Overall my friends and I had a wonderful back and would love loveee to be back!

This place is in poor condition. The smell of fish lingers throughout the day due to a nearby jetty. They don’t offer refunds if you're unhappy with the location. There's no on-site kitchen, so you'll need to order food through Zomato. Avoid this place—the area is not safe.

Spent a great weekend, lovely location, great staff and service. Our only problem was the stink in the washroom that was emanating from the sewage system.
A suggestion about providing small fridges in the rooms should be taken in the right spirit.
Overall, very obliging resort staff and the breakfast was noteworthy too.

MUST TRY

We planned to stay a single night but then extended the stay by another night.

Was here for 2 nights .this hotel is locate on the river shore and has very good vibe in total.

The service is awesome and the lady staff was really very cooperative.
Intially when we were heading to the hotel we were not sure if we made the right discussion as the road leading towards the hotel was through the fish docks and wasn't a good one but

As soon as we reached the property,we were helped with the luggage and were escorted to the room.
The view was awesome and we found peace in the property.

The breakfast was tasty and the staff took feedback too.

There is ferry ⛴️ service provided by the hotel if needed but works in perticular time.

If planning to visiting places in South Goa and want a reasonable priced property this is it.
